Old Fashioned 250B
Bourbon, sugar and angostura bitters
One of the world’s most refreshing cocktails, it’s just Rum, Lime, Sugar, Mint and top up with soda.
Brazilian name translates as ‘little countryside drink”. Made with Cachaça, lime and sugar.
Bobby Burns 250B
Blended Scotch, sweet Vermouth, Benedictine D.O.M. “One of the very best Whisky Cocktails”.
Bitter and dry, but very tasty. This no namby-pamby drink is traditionally assembled and
mixed directly in the glass with London dry gin, sweet Vermouth, Campari and twisted!
